This is an update for those who ordered custom made belts.

I cut the leather last week. I do not buy the strips in the leather store. I cut them by my self.  The main body leather strip is about 3 mm thick. The belt strap strip is about 2 mm. So I did the strip selection and put my hands at work.

Check the size of that chunk of leather I bought. It is huge!

I bought a new tool. A tool that will allow me to do the beveled border in the Obi-Wan Kenobi belt. I dyed the leather and let it rest a few hours before handle it again.

I cut all the little leather pieces like the belt loops and belt closure depending on belt style and length. Later I applied the leather finish product and polished it. The leather is ready now to be wrinkled.

The leather was wrinkled using the same technique I used last year. Depending on belt style I wrinkled main body, belt strap and belt closure or only the main body and belt strap. I am actually doing 4 custom made belts. 1 Obi-Wan Kenobi ROTS style in black, 2 One Obi-Wan Kenobi ROTS style is brown and 1 Anakin Skywalker AOTC.

This night I will assemble all of them and will be shipping them by the end of this week. About the resin pouches wave 1, I am still casting them. Tomorrow I will start casting the Grappling Hook Pouch. May the Force be with you!
